With over 15 years of experience in law enforcement, military service, and specialized tactical training, Michael is a highly skilled firearms instructor dedicated to providing safe, effective, and professional firearms training.
Michael served in the United States Marine Corps from 2003 to 2007 before working with the Department of State in Iraq, where he provided security for U.S. dignitaries. Transitioning into law enforcement, he has spent the past 11+ years honing his expertise as a Range Master, Firearms Instructor, Rifle Instructor, Assistant Team Leader for Special Operations Team, SWAT Operator, Explosive Breacher, and Active Shooter Instructor.
With years of experience as a POST-certified instructor, Michael is committed to delivering firearms training that is safe, realistic, and effective—ensuring law enforcement professionals and civilians are prepared for any encounter they come across.
PAUL WEINRICH
Paul Weinrich is a retired law enforcement professional with over 32 years of experience in patrol, special investigations, and tactical operations. As a Special Operations Team leader, he has managed staffing, training, and budgeting for high-risk missions. A seasoned firearms instructor, Paul served as the department’s lead range master for over 20 plus years, overseeing firearms training and safety.
His background includes roles as an instructor, teaching use of force, case law, tactical operations, and leadership, combining real-world expertise with practical application. Dedicated to excellence in training and critical incident response, Paul equips officers with the skills to navigate modern policing challenges.
